Button Templates in database not shwn in CUCM admin > Phone Button Templates

Hi,

I was looking around the database of CUCM (v8.6), and i have found some gap between the 'phonetamplate' table and the "Phone Button Templates" page. Following items are not shown in the front-end:

StandardCN622
Standard_Cisco_TelePresence_400
Standard_Cisco_TelePresence_200
Standard_Cisco_TelePresence
Standard Usage Profile
Default VGC Virtual Phone Template

Is this normal behavior? Is there any explanation why?

Do you have a device pack installed?

If you don't know, issue a show version active at the CLI.

I think there was device pack installed (cmterm-devicepack8.5.1.14059-1.cop).

How does it explain the gap?

Meanwhile, I have tried an other CUCM (v9.1.1).

Exactly the same 6 templates are present in the table but missing from the front-end.
