CAC with video call with voice cal

hi,

i have a question for using cac in a specific scenario:

i have a HQ and a branch office BR with sip phone 8941, interconnected with WAN link.

it's a 1Mb/s WAN link with qos 2xG711 communications reserved (160kb/s reseved, used dscp 46) for the two site.

if there are two communications between the two sites, it's ok, the voice mark is paket with dscp 46 and is prioritized, and the third communication is block with cac.

my problem is this, if the phone call with vidéo (2 communication with G711 codec for voice => 160k for voice and use dscp 46), the reserved bandwidth of the wan is use, but i can do two additional voice calls because video calls are not accounting with the voice calls in the cac.

how i can block voice calls, if there are two video calls? or accounting the voice traffic G711 of the video calls in the audio bandwidth of the cac?

thanks.
