CAD error

Hi,

One of my customer agent formatted his PC, but if we trying to intall again the CAD 6.0,it was downloaded from cisco website, the error prompted "the service release is not needed, aborting".

Can anyone help me to successfuly install the CAD for my agent's PC,and is there any links from cisco website that i can download without prompting the error.
