CAD Phone losing registration and not re-registering
Unique issue...as they all seem.
I have a script in UCCX for a particular group. This group does utilize call monitoring unlike other groups which seems to be the only difference in application in the company so I though I would throw that out there.
The agents, only on this script, lose connectivity to their 7942 phones. The phones then get stuck on the registering screen. They will only successfully re-register when unplugged or reset with **#**. I had TAC look at the console logs but did not see anything. They suggested a wire shark on the agents computer but not sure that is the right direction.
Has anyone encountered an issue like this?
