Call back cannot be activated

Hi,

I am unable to activate call back on 8232 (VG224 Extension) from only one extension that is 8235.

From all other phones in the network I am able to activate callback on 8232. If i assign a different number to the same phone, then it works fine.

I could get the below logs from th CUCM.
