The Cisco Supervisor Desktop software does allow a supervisor to barge into a call; this simply forces the call into a conference, the equivelent of cBarge. The native CUCM barge feature is not supported on ACD DNs though, either as the initiator or the target. The ACD DN cannot even be shared across multiple phones (which is required for Barge to be possible).
