Hi
I've configured Call Block to any mobile number, by means of the prefix that needs to be dialed to place calls to mobile numbers. Problem is that some users need to be able to call their Supervisor on their mobile number. How can we override the block to allow access to predefined list of mobile numbers ?

create route patterns that match the specific mobiles you need to call

java

Hi, my apologies I shoud've mentioned that is a CME 4.0 installation, so route patterns is probably not available.

create dial-peers that match the exact mobiles you need to call, same thing just using CME terminology

java

Hi, created the dp but this doen not work. The block pattern looks for the 0, and the mobile number starts with 0.
here is my config:
=================
after-hours block pattern 1 0
dial-peer voice 200 pots
description Test block override
destination-pattern 0824476951
port 0/0/0:15
