Call Center Desktop Agent Error

Recently a customer's Presence (v.8.5.4) server had a file system error which required a total rebuild of the server. This customer is also running Call Center (v.8.5.1), before the Presence system went down everything interacted perfectly. Now after the rebuild the Cal Center's Desktop agent is getting an error message (screen shot attached)  also now when the people add contacts to their Presence it shows their email address instead of their full name like it used to. I feel that these issues are related to something not being updated in Call Center but Call Center isn't exactly my strong suit. I was hoping that some could please provide some guidance
