Call Disconected

We have 2610 Router connect to a PBX system in remote site extension start with 5xxx in this site can not call users in some remote site ( not all remote sites) but it do call users in main site . I have make a debug look like the call is disonneted during the initiation it give this message:

1w0d: //2980/5DA056008EE1/CCAPI/ccCallDisconnect: calling accounting start for callID=2980 leg_type=0
1w0d: //2980/5DA056008EE1/CCAPI/ccCallDisconnect: existing_cause = 0x3F, new_cause = 0x3F
1w0d: //2980/5DA056008EE1/CCAPI/ccCallDisconnect: using the existing_cause 0x3F

Knowing that this is only happened with extension start with 5xxx othe extension work fine.

Please find attached debug and router configuration.
