Dear All,
We tried to enable Battery-reversal to supervise the answer of remote phone so that CDR on CCM will generate correct duration of each IDD call. However, the call drops after the remote phone pickup the call. On the ip phone screen, it is still showing "Call Proceed". Appreciate if anybody has similar experience and help to find out a solution, thanks!
