call disconnected with out of service displayed on CUPC
We just deployed the 7921 phones and the call quality has been very good (4.5 MOS) about two days ago I was in a call; 10 seconds in it the call got disconnected. All I have is that the person I was calling got an Out of Service on his CUPC. So he was running CUPC in phone mode and I was talking to him from my 7921 to his 7970. I just need some pointers on how I should proceed in troubleshooting this so I can prevent a future calls like this.
