On one IP telephony site I encountered a problem of disconnection while talking some time.
Call Manager version : 4.0(1)

Was this call an external or internal call.
Also was this call over a wan or just the lan.
On another note there were quite a few issues with 4.0(1), i would definitely recommend upgrading to 4.0(2)a latest sr or even 4.1

The calls getting dropped are external calls throught the E1 PRI connection to the PSTN.So the problem seems on the wan.What was the issue about 4.0(1).
