Call disconnects due to tcp reset

I have configured the following setup

Cisco IP Phone<--->h.323 gateway(Nortel)<->pstn)<-->conference bridge provided by provider

In above setup calls are getting matured but randomly calls are getting disconnected. We have analyzed CDR and found tcp restart.( I couldn't find who initiates from Cisco or Nortel.)

Can any one faced this problem? Please give some inputs.
