I have a Call Manager 4.x and I'm having trouble with internal/external call display. What I'd like is that all internal calls be displayed with the persons name and all external calls be displayed with a company name. Is this possible in this version?
no, there is no CNAM global config for outbound calls (any version). that would require you to config everyone the company name. ask your telco if they can change the CNAM for your company ID for all outgoing calls
