Call does not go to Unity for Welcome Message

Hi,

  I have CCM & Unity 4.x server. Last Sunday powered down the servers and powered ON after maintanence. Post to that, when I dial the number the I should get the Welcome Message, instead it just keeps ringing.

When I dial the DID #, calls are landing to the appropriate extension.

Connectivity details

Telco circuit -----> PRI -----> Voice Rotuer -----> LAN (CCM & Unity)

Any ideas what would have went wrong here?

Voice Router configuration remains unchanged.

Call does not go to Unity for Welcome Message

Is this sccp based integration.. if yes have a look at the unity hunt list where you have the vm ports and see if they are registered.

Try resetting it..

Gather a set of ccm traces, set to detailed along with gateway trace enabled and gather the same along with calling and called party numbers send it across.
