Call Dropping after 30 minutes SIP/CME

Hey,

I have seen this issue in CUCM but not CME where the call drops after a period.

Its a sip call and not sure what could be wrong, can someone please help me

Hello, It seems the CME is disconnecting the call after the default value of Min-SE timer (30 mins) expires.

So, you can try increasing the timer beyond 30 mins (1800 sec) under voice service voip.

Router(config)# voice service voip

Router(conf-voi-serv)# sip

Router(conf-serv-sip)# min-se  <90-86400>  Min value of Session Expires Header (in seconds)

Few more inputs required for further analysis.

Please share the topology and make one test call to get the debug ccsip all and share it.

Main thing to get to know is who is releasing the cal and what clear code (cause code) you are getting while call is being released?

The call disconnected on my mobile but the not the IP phone. The IP phone shows as if the call is still alive but actually its dead.

Can you tell which IP address is of which side?

192.168.42.160

88.215.61.195

Also share Calling number & called number?

88.215.61.195 is the SIP Providers address

Please share the calling number & called number too because this log contains lot of other number traces.

Also please share your topology i.e do you have sip trunk from CUCM to CME (gateway)?

Calling number : 300   or also shown as ending 33331

Called number: ending 3361

Thank you Suresh Subramanian for sharing this post.  This also helped me resolve the issues I had recently. Scotland SIP Carrier via the client ISP service.
