Which trace help me to figure out the CUCM intermitted transfer call dropping issue. Please advice.

Depending on what version of CUCM you are running, if CUCM 8.6 or below the most useful one will be CCM SDI trace, starting with 9.0 there is no SDI and simply pull the CallManager trace.

Using CUCM version 7.1.5. The only way to read the SDI trace is VLT logs?, Please let me know is there is any other way. Thanks
