We have a site where we are observing call drops (internal as well external) . The call drops in between the session.
How can i troubleshoot this issue ? any ideas?? The group supporting Call manager
says its a network issue.

Are the users in question connected on the same vlan and or switch?
Are they connected to the same switch as the Call Manager or CME system?

Proper QoS's, is it over the WAN? sounds like QoS getting bashed to me :)

BTW can you suggest QoS settings? i will check with one configured on switches.

The users are in same Vlan. But the phones connect over WAN to call manager. The calls are dropping in between the sessions.
I have checked QoS settings on switches , they look alright.
