Call failing after 30-40 mins

Calls going from a CUCM registered phone through SIP trunk to an SBC continues till there is silence after some 30-40 mins of conversation. On checking the traces, CUCM is sending the message to phone with the invalid IP address of 0.0.0.0.

What might be the cause for this message ? This is the issue with the remote end or in the CUCM ?
