Hi, I in testing a setting where user A set call forward all to user B. After user B answer that call and found this call is important to user A, so user B want to transfer this call to user A phone, but user A phone still set as call forward to user B. Got any way to change some setting on CUCM 9.x parameter will make this work?

you need to set CFA Destination Override service parameter to true

Mark is correct here. The CFA Destination Override will allow the target of the CFA to transfer calls back to the originator.
