We have CUCM 7.1.5 and we are using the Cisco Attendant Console (built-in feature in CUCM) for operators. There is a one operator using 7960 IP Phone. It has 6 lines configured and those lines are assigned to pilot point. This operator doen't use the Cisco Attendant Console client software. When this operator leaves here seat she tries to manually forward the IP Phone's first line (using forward all softkey) to anothe IP Phone. But when this is done forwarding seems not working. When operator puts a manual forward other IP Phone just ring for a moment and operator Phones second line starts ringing.
Is this a know scenario?
Will this can be sorted if she uses Cisco Attendant Console client software or is there any workaround
