We have a CCM 5.1.1 deployment where the Publisher and Subscriber are separated by a WAN. When the publisher is unavailable phones that are forwarded to voicemail cannot be un-forwarded. The phones display a message that states âError Databaseâ.
It would also appear that we cannot make changes to phones via the Sub during Publisher outages as well
