I am having an issue with an ATA 188 and CallForwarding. I have configured CallManager (version 4.1) to Forward All to a specific number. This worked up until recently. No one seems to have changed anything but now the forwarding does not work with external callers. If someone on network calls the number, they get forwarded appropriately to the external number. However, if someone calls the number from off network the call rings three times and then disconnects. I have tried everything I can find to fix this issue including dialing **1 then the forwarded number on the ATA itself but to no avail. Can someone help me with this? Thank you.
