Call Forward on Mobile Issue in CUCM. Any one can Help ?

Dear Respect Sir,

I have one issue in Cisco Unified CM Administration when i put "Call Forwarding no answer to Mobile".and give them a "

the call is transfer after 6 ringing to mobile. but the ext where i called is ringing only 2 or 3 time after that the call is disconnected and phone showing "1 missed call". but from where i call i lesson 6 ringing and after that call is transfer to mobile number.

How to solve the Ext ringing same  as  i create in time,.  i means the call must be ringing both side same range and after that it transfer to mobile.

in Services perametires Forward time is 25 seccond.
