Call Forward to mobile unallocated/unassigned

Hey,

I am having issue with a customer. I have tried all possiblities. Manimpulating translation rules and tried the below link

Are you making international call?
If so you are missing intl prefix I.e. 00.
Can you post your config?

Hey,

No its a mobile number locally. I called from the UK. Its italy and they dial mobile numbers without 0 beginnign with 3

That dis not a cellphone number and you posted no trace.

To set plan / type use "isdn map ." command, not translation rule.

Hi,

Call is being release from remote end.

Ask the remote end regarding there expectaiton for this called number and calling number digit and it's plan and type.

Try calling that mobile number directly from your side and check if its working?

What plan and type you are sending while dialing directly? Is it the same of forwarded call?

Then please co-ordinate with remote party regarding disconnecting the forwarded call.
