Call Forward to PSTN

We have a user who works from home a few days a week but we are experiencing an issue with forwarding calls to her home. When a call is forwarded to her house she can answer it but then the next call should go to her home voicemail. Unfortunately when it does it goes to a default dial your mailbox message from verizon. We have traced the problem down to the redirect number being sent to verizon. Unfortunately I have not been able to get in contact with anyone at verizon that can help with the issue. Below is how the number is setup. Any ideas would be great. I am open to any help.
