I have a customer with a Central CCM 6.12 with 10 remote sites. On the setting on these remote phones for Call Forward unregistered I put in a extension that is a call handler in Unity,which plays a meesage that there is a problem please be patient. Then Unity transfers the call to a translation pattern that contains the remote location's main telephone #. This all worked great up until I upgraded to CCM 6.12 from 6.11. The issue now is that the call goes directly to the person's VM instead of the specific Call Handler - The issue watching Call Viewer is CCM as sending the call to Unity as CF No Answer.
I was wondering if anyone else has run across this bug or cavaet.
