Call Forward

Hi,

When I forward call from Ip phone to mobile phone, on the display on the mobile phone I received Private Number (this is because I route this calls through GSM Adapters). The question is that later I don't have information in Directories on the IP phone for original number which was forwarded. The version of CUCM is 6.1.2

Hi Makstil,

This is working as designed :) You have to keep in mind that for a Directory number to show up in the "Missed Calls" History, the call actually has to hit the phone for at least one ring cycle. This is because the Call History is stored on the phone itself not in a CCM dB. If you want the record of these calls, you would have to use Call Forward No Answer to the Mobile.

Call Forward No Answer option can not be activated through the phone as I know. I need Forward all to be registered in the Directories

You can't, as Rob has already explained this is WAD. If the phone doesn't ring, calls are not registered, as simple as that.

If you have CUCM 6+ you can try mobility and that will log the call and ring the mobile.
