Call-forwarding by schedule in CCM 5.1.1

HI,

I'm running the CCM 5.1.1 and i'd like to know how to call-forward using a schedule. For exemple: the calls from line 1 forwarding to line 2, from friday afternoon until monday morning and then return to line 1(monday morning). it is clear? Thanks

Hi Jesus,

This feature on CCM will allow these type of schedules to be setup, have a look at "Time of Day Routing" on CCM it should do what you need and more;
