I have some admins that cover phones for several people. She has BLF for these people and all of this works fine. She is wanting to be able to see that they have their phone forwarded to her so she will know if she needs to stay at her phone. She had this feature on her Nortel phone. Does anyone know if this is a feature on Cisco?
