Call Forwarding Only 2nd line position on 7940 phone

I am using CM 4.1 Would like to only forward extension in second line position to another number while primary line will still ring on phone. Would rather not have user go to the GUI interface everytime she wants to do it. When I select the second line on the phone, the CFwdALL is grayed out. Thanks for your help. Gene

this is not natively possible in ANY version, the options are CCMadmin or CCMuser

there is a 3rd party app called call forwarder that can achieve this, you can google it

Just in case :)

There is also a third party product called that will do what you want;

IPPhone callForwarder

This new version brings to the user the ability of defining and setting the call forwards from the IP Phone. When selecting the IP Phone callForwarder service, a menu with all available lines will appear. After selecting the line the user wishes to set the forward on, a new menu containing the forward definitions will show on screen. Only those forwarding parameters definied by the Administrator will be displayed. These parameters will show the actual forward destination. The user can then set any of these callForwards.
