call forwarding probleam from a 6961 phone

Hi Guys,

I got a situation with all the 6961 phones. When the phone  try to forward all calls to another number  from the softkeys pad.

It add [5999] to the number when the user try to forward.it show on the phone screen.

Eg : 99185306745[5999]

It make sense ?

So when a phone call come in the number is not valid….on the forwarding.

Start mentioning phone system type and version you're using.

yes..I totally forgot the system is CME 8.0.
