Call Forwarding

We have set up broadcast hunt groups for many of our offices. When they leave the office they want to forward the phone to the area that they are going to. We found that they can forward their phone but it will not forward cals that hit the hunt group number it will only forward the extension number. Is there a way that they can somehow forward the hunt number without contacting us to change it in programming?

No, that is WAD (Working As Designed).

CFA is ignored if a call arrives thru a hunt pilot or a pilot point. Even you cannot change that in CCMAdmin.

There are plenty of posts on this same matter in NetPro, please try using the Search NetPro option.
