Call Forwarding

Hi,

How can I find out in CCM4 what numbers are being forwarded and to where ?.

Our previous administrator has left and we have no idea what is being call forwarded to where.

Check under the BAT. . .you can do a bulk export of all your phones and check if they're forwarded from there, I believe.

Or, I think you can just bulk edit all the phones and turn off the forwarding. You'll find out REAL quick who had their phone forwarded like that. ;)
