call from Third party SIP phone on CUCM via Gatekeepr to CME

hi all,

here is the scenario.

we have 70 + CME sites and 30+ avaya sites. i have connected them via Gatekeeper

all avaya PBX has H323 trunk with one gateway router and this router is registered with Gatekeeper, all CMEs are also registered with this Gatekeeper.

all calls are working fine.

now we have added the CUCM into the picture.

CUCM also registered with Gatekeeper with inbound and outbound faststart.

everything is still fine users on CUCM are able to receive and make a call with avaya or CME PBX.

we have some third party SIP phones which i have register with CUCM. while i registered some SIP phones the call between that SIP phone does not gets establishes with the avaya PBX, the phone only rings but when remote party over avaya receives a call the call disconnects the same scenario is with CME PBX

expert need your assistance.
