Call goes in one direction

Hello.

I have the next scheme:

9971(1000,1003) --- cisco 3945 ---- cisco 2901 --- 7742(1020)

Calls from 7742 goes to 9971 but if I dial number of 7742 on 9971 - I get immediate drop and complete silence. What it could be? Dial peers config:
