Call Handler

when a call is being transfered from unity (call Handler) to the phone, breifly the phone display "From Voicemail ext XXX"

then the actual calling number is displayed.

apart from using supervised transfer is there a way to stop because this origional call from Voicemail Ext xxx shows as a missed call

also every now and then the call from voicemail ext XXX is displayed for different periods of time before is actually show the calling number - is there a reason for this? (some times is instant other times the phone will constantly display the "from voicemail Ext")

Hi Peter,

This sounds like different Call Handlers have different Transfer settings. Perhaps some are set with "Release to Switch" (your first example) and some are set with "Supervised Transfer" (your last example). This would explain the varying behaviour.

This was my first thought, but I have checked all the Call handlers and they are all set to "release to switch"
