Call Handling on CME

My customer wants that the auto-attendant to answer if no one has answered after 4 rings on Call Manager Express. If anybody has idea how to do it? Thanks in advance.

How are you handling incoming calls? One option is to have an ephone-dn that handles these calls and then call forwards to the AA number on no answer, such as:

ephone-dn 1

number 1234

call-forward noan 5678 timeout 16
