Call History Blank on Cisco IP Phone

Hello Folks,

As per the knowledge i have on Cisco IP Telephony, i strongly believe the calls records (Received, Placed and Missed) are accessed from CUCM by Cisco IP Phone with the help of below service URLs.

Missed Calls :

Application:Cisco/MissedCalls

Placed Calls:

Application:Cisco/PlacedCalls

Received Calls:

Application:Cisco/ReceivedCalls

I used to get some complaints from the user end, that call records doesn't show anything on their phones.

Let me record here the troubleshooting steps i did for that.

  • Used to delete the phone from CUCM and add it
  • Deleting ITL files.

These both helped me some time and something didn't. just like to know how to techinically proceed to fix this call history issue.

Thanks,

Raja.

Call history is stored on the phone, and is not pulled from CUCM. Not all phone models support the

Application:Cisco/... URLs, either.

For Missed Calls, there is a line appearance setting to log missed calls. (It's near the bottom of the page, just above the busy trigger settings)
