Is there a way to increase the number of call history records viewable on the handsets?
For example, it appears that there is a set number of calls that it will store for Placed Calls, Missed Calls, etc. before it starts to over write and we'd like to increase that amount.

Sorry, this is fixed. The number is not controlled by CUCM but rather by the IP phone, firmware, etc. Each directory (missed/placed/received) can store up to 100 numbers max depending on the type of phone.
