Call ID Issue Call Manager ver9.1

Dear All,

I am running call manager 9.1 and my gateway is registerd with MGCP.

I need to know does call manager 9.1 supports caller id with MGCP gateway.

Please guide me as i cant see callers' ID on my IP Phone.

Hi,

yes, it does.

Make sure you have the "Display IE Delivery" parameter set at the gateway configuration page.
