we are facing some issues like call interruptions with callmanager 4.x

How many CCM servers in the cluster?

Are you seeing this behavior on PSTN calls or IP to IP phones calls?

What type of GW(s) do you have MGCP or H323?

Have you check for high CPU on the CCM servers?

What is the exact version/build of the CallManager?

What kind of IP phones i.e. 7940/7960?
