Call issues With SIP Trunk

Dear All,

 

Can any one help me,

We are using SIP-trunk and DIDs...

 

We are facing SIP trunk calling issue.....

In the logs you get Cause Value=3 (no route to destination). Many things may be wrong here. Are you sure you have route to 703458944401?

Can you share your configuration? Or else "debug ccsip messages", debug voip ccapi inout", "debug voice translation ".

Your calls are coming from 192.168.36.101, right? Is this your CUCM? Did you open "debug ccsip messages" ?

Please post debug logs and configs as separate files.

In the logs you get Cause Value=3 (no route to destination). Many things may be wrong here. Are you sure you have route to 703458944401?

Can you share your configuration? Or else "debug ccsip messages", debug voip ccapi inout", "debug voice translation ".

I have on below debugging command and call dial. but no responding logs appear 

Kindly find the attached file..

We have install FXO card and configured  DID for Incoming and Outgoing call... Its working fine...

But backup connection of SIP trunk are not working.....

I am dialling 7 and then number on any extension  phone but not responding

You calls are coming from 192.168.36.101, right? Is this your CUCM? In order to make calls from CUCM to the ITSP, through the router, you need have CUBE enabled:

 

 

voice service voip
 mode border-element (requires reload)
 allow-connections h323 to sip
allow-connections sip to h323
allow-connections sip to sip

but they may not be enough. A good guide is here: CUCM to CUBE Integration

 

Do that and then gather logs "debug ccsip messages" from the router.

I have configure FXO card and install DID lines... incoming and outgoing... theses are working fine...

No need to change in FXO DID lines.....
