Call Manager 4.0 errors


Please see errors I have been receiving:

Event Source: Cisco CallManager

Event Category: None

Date: 9/22/2009

Error: DeviceTransientConnection - Transient connection attempt.

Connecting Port: 0

Device name [Optional].: 000CCCC80F40

Device IP address.:

Device type. [Optional]: 51

Reason Code [Optional].: 3

App ID: Cisco CallManager

Cluster ID: CCM-Cluster

Node ID: CCM

Explanation: A connection was established and immediately dropped before completing registration. Incomplete registration may indicate a device is rehoming in the middle of registration. The alarm could also indicate a device misconfiguration, database error, or an illegal/unknown device trying to attempt a connection.

Recommended Action: No action is required if this event was issued as a result of a normal device rehome..

Has anyone seen this one before? Thanks in advanced

Look for that IP address,

seems to be that this device is trying to register to CCM and is not configured/

That IP is the 2811 Gateway and could be an actual rehome. My concern is the number of times(error messages) it is happening. How can I make sure its not a DB error or an illegal/unknown device trying to connect. I do not think its a misconfuration because this Gateway has been configured for some time now.
