Call Manager 4.1.3 Direct Extension Pick Up

Hi Guys

Is there a way to directly pick up an extention, with out using the pickup groups. I have a situation where we have a "Night Bell" that all calls are forwarded to after hours, and all 300 users must beable to answer the the Night Bell or directly pick up the Night Bell Extension.

Any ideas?

One suggestion is to add the Night Bell Extension to all 300 users as a Shared Directory Number. This way any one of the 300 users can pickup the extension from their phones.

I have a large number of 7912 phones, and the customer does not want all the phones to ring after hours.

How ever I have managed to add the Night Bell ext into it's own Pick Up group and the users in to their own. Now they just use the Group Pickup option to Pick the Night Bell Up.
