Call Manager 4.1.3 to Call Manager 6 Upgrade Licensing

What is the exact process to get valid 6.0 licensing in 4.1.3 to 6.0 upgrade? I've gotten device licenses from the dma upgrade, but the licenses say 5.0 will this work for 6.0 or is there something else that I need to obtain? Seems that there is very unclear documentation on this.

The DMA upgrade License is a Temp License file which is created to ensure that they upgrade does not fail. Once the upgrade is complete, you should take the output of License Unit Report (System|Licensing|License Unit Report) and email it to licensing@cisco.com along with the MAC Address of your Publisher. Once this is done, the Licensing team should genereate the license file and email it to you.
