Hi,
I have a CCM 4.2, this device is connected to a normal switch. i connect one ip phone cisco 7650 to this switch. in the ccm admin window i tried to add this phone under device>phones however wen i coneect the phones to the switch it is not able to register with the call manager... this was all working fine yester day i dont know wat happened suddenly.. please help me know how i can get this phone to register with the call manager

First check to see if the phone is getting IP address from the DHCP server and see if it points to the CM TFTP server.
The ping the phone IP address from the CM server to see if it's reachable.
Make sure CM service on CallManager server is running.
Look at the phone display and observe what it is saying.

was the phone configured previously or are you using auto-registration??
