Call Manager 5.1 Dhcp Scope

Does anyone know if there are any standard recomendations for setting up the dhcp score on Call Manager 5.1? More specifically the following: Arp Cache Timeout, Ip Address Lease Time, Renewal TIme and Rebinding Time. Does any one have an example of a scope they setup?
