Call manager 6.1 adding 7911 phones

Hello, we are trying to add a 7911 to CM6.1.
the phone gets an extn automatically, but we are not able to call that extn and not able to change the directory no on the phone, outgoing is working on the extn

check for auto-registration enabled and partition under System---Cisco Unified CM.
