Hi Guys,
New to Cisco voice so please excuse the question if it is fairly obvious, but this does have me rather confused.
A user has moved desks, taking their phone with them. Since doing so and loggin in, they can no longer dial internationaly. They could back at their old desk. Same hardware and same user logon so what would cause this to change?
Thanks
Andy

Well, that shouldn't be happening if it is the same IP Phone... what do you mean by loggin? are they using Extension Mobility?
I recommend you to take a CCM detailed trace and a debug isdn q931 (if using pri) or debug voice ccapi inout (if using cas)

Hi Andy,
Are you using Device Mobility.
Also when you say that the user has moved, is the users new location the same, meaning same campus, building or the user has moved to some other locations.
